Damage or Shipping Issues

Please contact 20/20 Technology directly, not the product manufacturer, for service and repair issues. Our technical support representatives will assess your situation and provide direction concerning a resolution. Please notify 20/20 Technology within five (5) calendar days of product delivery concerning orders shipped incorrectly or received damaged.

If products shipped by UPS or FedEx are received damaged, do not discard of any of the packing materials and wrappings. These products must be retained until the matter is resolved by the carrier. Please contact your local UPS or FedEx for an inspection. After contacting UPS or FedEx, contact 20/20 Technology immediately. 

In addition, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be provided by 20/20 Technology prior to returning products. To request an RMA, complete the RMA Form . In the event products are received damaged and or other shipping issues occur, a prepaid shipping label will be provided at no additional charge.

If our Damage and Shipment Issue policy isn’t strictly adhered to, we reserve the right to deny your damage request.
